Based on years of minimally invasive techniques, our minimally invasive surgery department has carried out laparoscopic appendectomy to treat acute and chronic appendicitis since the 1990s. It is now considered the best surgical approach. It has obvious advantages such as less trauma and shorter hospitalization time, and has been widely used by hospitals in a position to do so. Patients are usually hospitalized for 3-5 days and can get out of bed on the second day of the operation. The operation can thoroughly clean the abdominal cavity and reduce abdominal abscesses caused by appendiceal perforation. Only 3 surgical scars of about 1CM are left in the abdomen after surgery. So far, our department has performed this operation in thousands of cases, with a success rate of more than 99% and excellent postoperative results. 3.Appendiceal root ligature with a trap 4.Cutting the appendix
