Such as otitis media, pharyngitis, pneumonia, due to the effect of fever and toxins, resulting in digestive disorders and diarrhea.  Treatment includes elimination of the cause, adjustment of diet, symptomatic treatment, prevention and treatment of dehydration and acidosis, and selection of antibiotics and Chinese medicine therapy.  Children with acute diarrhea should be replenished with fluids, oral rehydration for mild to moderate dehydration, and intravenous fluids for severe dehydration. At the beginning of the disease, temporary fasting for 6 to 8 hours, but not water. Thereafter, it should be adjusted according to the recovery of digestive function, and gradually resume a normal diet. The choice of antibiotics must be correctly judged on the causative organisms, abuse is harmful.
