2. Pathological: healthy people’s urine contains urochrome, urobilin, urobilinogen and porphyrin and other substances, the naked eye observation is mostly yellowish or orange. The most common type of dark yellow urine is bilirubinuria, which contains a large amount of bound bilirubin and is commonly seen in cholestatic jaundice or hepatocellular jaundice.
