The white head and black head of irony refers to whether the follicle opening is visible at the tip of the pimple. If the follicle opening is clearly visible and has a black surface, it is a black-headed acne. If the follicle opening is not visible and has a white surface, it is called whitehead acne. Whether it is a blackhead or a whitehead, the pimples can be squeezed out from the follicle opening with a pimple squeezer, and blackheads are more easily squeezed out. However, note that you should not squeeze the pimples with your own hands, as this can lead to secondary infections, acne pits and even permanent scarring.
