The Department of Nephrology at Children’s Hospital has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric nephritis. There are more clinical subtypes of pediatric nephritis, such as acute glomerulonephritis, acute glomerulonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis and nephrotic syndrome. Therefore, pediatric nephritis should be treated promptly in the nephrology department of a specialized children’s hospital, where kidney biopsy tests can be done to identify the type of pathology and determine the prognosis and treatment options. If the nephritis is only caused by microscopic nephropathy, the treatment is relatively easy and the prognosis is better. If it is a more serious type of pathology, especially glomerulonephritis caused by nephrotic syndrome and crescent, the treatment is worse and needs to be treated in time to prevent uremia, which can lead to more serious complications.
