Acne graded graded step (medical aesthetic) treatment

Acne is a common clinical disease of the skin appendages, a chronic inflammatory disease of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands, occurring mainly on the face and chest and back, forming acne, papules, pustules, cysts, nodules, and scars. At this stage, acne is defined as an inflammatory disfiguring skin disease. Many patients do not consider it a serious skin disease or do not undergo standard treatment, resulting in serious disfiguring problems such as severe acne and nodular cyst scarring. We have also added medical aesthetic techniques such as laser and fruit acids to the mid- to late-stage acne treatment. With the experience of many acne treatments, combined with medical laser treatment technology, we have summarized a graded and graded step treatment plan for acne, hoping to standardize and improve the treatment of acne. 1, acne severity Pillsbury classification: Degree I: (light) blackheads pimples emanation or multiple, inflammatory papules emanation Degree II: (medium) on the basis of degree I, superficial pustules, inflammatory papules increase, limited to the face Degree III: (heavy) on the basis of degree II, the appearance of deep in inflammatory papules, face neck and chest back Degree IV: (heavy – set of clusters) on the basis of degree III, the appearance of cysts, nodules, scarring, etc. 2 assessments: Acne Assessment Form and Dr. Bergman’s International Skin Typing Test Form 2. Acne grading and grading step treatment plan: Grade I acne: Case study: This type of acne is early damage, only acne and a small amount of inflammatory papules, sebaceous glands secretion, most acne patients belong to this type, and such symptoms are often easy to ignore or improperly treated, and good results can be achieved through daily care and basic treatment. Daily care and clinical treatment: medicated cleansing lotion for cleansing, topical application of benzoyl peroxide (recommended) or clindamycin metronidazole to inflamed areas, azelaic acid (azelaic acid) or peptides (recommended), collagen mask for anti-inflammatory repair. Advanced treatment: fruit acids, laser carbon film surgery, photon Ⅱ degree acne: Case study: This type of acne presents with pustules and heavy infection. The pustules can then develop into nodules and pigmentation after fading, so aggressive, rapid and effective anti-inflammatory treatment is necessary, and prevention of subsequent skin problems. Daily care and clinical treatment: routine cleansing with emphasis on anti-inflammatory, topical medication along with anti-inflammatory oral medication, minocycline (recommended), clarithromycin, application of drugs that mildly inhibit sebaceous gland secretion (cimetidine), topical application of adapalene at night, dark spots with transaminic acid to suppress dark spots, collagen mask for anti-inflammatory repair used daily for one month. Advanced treatment: fruit acid, photon, blue light, laser carbon film surgery Grade III acne: Case study: This type of acne has deep inflammation and nodules appearing on top of pustules, and even repeated boils. Such infections are difficult to treat and require systematic anti-inflammation and suppression of sebaceous gland secretion, using isotretinoin (ester) when necessary. Daily care and clinical treatment: Treatment focuses on anti-inflammation and inhibition of keratinization, benzoyl peroxide + adapalene (Daphne) + azelaic acid (anti-inflammation and inhibition of sebaceous gland secretion hyper-whitening and anti-keratinization) / transaminic acid (anti-inflammation and blackening) + collagen mask anti-inflammatory repair, minocycline, combined with isotretinoin (ester), cimetidine, tanshinone. Advanced treatment: photon combined with blue light, fruit acids combined with laser carbon film surgery, fractional laser or compound laser in some cases Ⅳ acne: Case analysis: the most severe type of acne, cystic nodule scar formation, seriously affects the aesthetics and causes psychological stress, further aggravating the condition, clinical treatment requires sequential treatment of the above three treatments. The first stage is anti-inflammatory to inhibit excessive secretion of sebaceous glands, the middle stage is to inhibit hyperkeratosis, and the later stage is for scar pacification. Acne red scar: fruit acid, photon, beam laser, fractional laser Atrophic scar (acne pits): beam laser, fractional laser, microneedle, cell repair-based mesotherapy injection, PRP Acne hyperpigmentation: beam laser, fractional laser, photon, fruit acid, whitening repair mesotherapy injection
