How can autism be detected early?

At 4 months of age, the child does not look at people’s faces and smile; at 12 months of age, the child does not respond to being called by name, does not talk, does not make interactive gestures (pointing, waving, showing you things, etc.); and at 24 months of age, the child does not speak more than 2 words. We can use a tool called the Clancy Behavior Scale (CBS). If a child exhibits more than 7 of the following 14 behaviors, parents need to take the child to a professional institution immediately: (2) Listening but not hearing, as if deaf; (4) Disregarding danger; (6) Expressing needs with gestures; (8) Not liking to be hugged; (10) Not looking at each other’s faces and avoiding eye contact; (12) Preferring spinning things; (14) Being indifferent to the surroundings.
