The available case data show that although the main manifestations of novel pneumonia are fever, malaise and dry cough, some patients have a mild onset of symptoms or even no obvious fever symptoms. Some patients show only low-grade fever, and patients with severe and critical illnesses may have moderate-low fever of 37.5℃-38℃ and moderate fever of 38.1-39℃ during the course of the disease. A few infected patients have no clinical symptoms of fever and are positive only in viral nucleic acid testing.
