Symptoms of Yin deficiency with heat

Symptoms of Yin deficiency with heat include dry mouth and throat, flushed cheekbones, heartburn, hot flashes and night sweats, red tongue with little moss, and fine pulse (pulse becomes narrower, thinner and faster). 1. Dry mouth and throat: the patient’s mouth and throat are dry. 2. Flushing of the cheekbones: the patient may have symptoms of redness and heat on both sides of the cheekbones. 3. Heat in the five hearts: the patient appears to have heat in the palms of the hands and the hearts of the feet, or he/she feels that the heart and chest are irritated and hot. 4. Hot flashes and night sweating: the fever is like a tide with a fixed time, often at night, and often accompanied by sweating. 5. Red tongue with little moss and fine pulse: this is a typical symptom of Yin deficiency. If the above symptoms are not relieved for a long period of time, the body may lose nourishment and moistening, which may lead to the symptoms of emaciation. If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended that the patient actively go to the hospital for consultation and treatment under the diagnosis of a Chinese medicine practitioner.
