When it is windy, raining and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in winter, patients who are used to morning exercise should choose indoor activities. Avoid getting cold, rain and wind after sweating.  2, exercise time should be chosen in the morning and evening, not at noon or when the sun is strong exercise.  3, physical exercise should be carried out gradually and progressively.
