The author has the honor to learn from the teacher and observe the clinical application of the canning method, examples are as follows. 1, flash canning method – the treatment of facial paralysis, the first can after the needle Case 1: female, 30 years old, mainly due to the left side of the face of the mouth and eyes skewed for 3 days. Three days ago, due to the wind-cold, the patient’s mouth and eyes were distorted, the left side of the mouth was distorted, the left eye was not closed, tearing, the left frontal line disappeared, the left nasolabial groove became shallow, and there was no obvious pressure pain behind the left ear. Flash can therapy: use small glass cans, in the left side of the face, forehead, especially around the eyes, nose, perioral parts, rapid flash plucking, each part of the 3-5, to the extent that the skin flushed, and then conventional acupuncture treatment. Flash can requirements: skillful movements, the patient feels comfortable for the best, do not burn hot can mouth scald patients. Press: This is a wind-cold blockage caused by facial paralysis, the treatment should be to dispel wind and cold, through the meridians and activate the meridians. Modern medicine confirms that the distribution of nerve segments of dorsal acupoints is very similar to the distribution of nerve segments of internal organs, so the stimulation of walking cans can regulate the excitation and inhibition of the autonomic nervous system, which can help to improve the metabolism of the body, immunity, pain threshold. Walking can therapy is suitable for a wide range of diseases, Yu Hailong, et al [2] searched the literature, found that walking can therapy on myofasciitis, frozen shoulder, cold, dermal neuritis, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, facial nerve paralysis, insomnia, cervical spondylosis and other obvious therapeutic advantages, but also in the adjustment of sub-health, anti-aging also has a role. 3, stabbing cupping method 3.1 bloodletting cupping treatment of varicose veins of the lower limbs Example 3: female, 52 years old, mainly due to “varicose veins of the left lower limb for more than 8 years”, the symptoms of the veins are tortuous and bulging, accompanied by swelling and pain in the left lower limb, fatigue, dark tongue, white moss and sunken pulse. Operation: puncture the local lesion with fire needle, select the appropriate glass jar to quickly suck and pull the puncture site, leave the jar for about 5min, while local acupuncture treatment, a total of 3 treatments, the varicose veins flattened, and the color became obviously lighter. Requirements for bloodletting: skillful manipulation, adequate local disinfection, bloodletting volume of about 50-80ml each time. Press: This is a lower limb cold condensation and stasis, blood stasis caused by qi deficiency and varicose veins, through the fire needle puncture of the local Ah Yes point with the millimetre needle, the fire pot can be directly to make the bad blood out of the exhaust, eliminate stasis and generate new, tonifying fire and helping yang, stimulating the meridian qi, so that the blood flow can be unimpeded, and the elasticity of blood vessels can be restored. This method is simple, effective and not easy to recur. 3.2 Acute stage of herpes zoster treated by stabbing and cupping Example 4: Male, 43 years old, consulting the doctor mainly because of “pain in the waist and abdomen with herpes for 3 days”. Fire needling and cupping are often used in the acute stage of the disease when the scope of bleeding is more concentrated. 3.3 Milli-fire acupuncture and cupping to regulate the middle Jiao Example 5: Female, 50 years old, mainly due to “insomnia, tinnitus for more than half a year”. She had been treated several times, but the treatment was not effective. Her symptoms included insomnia, tinnitus, accompanied by yellowish face, fatigue, greenish gray eyes, poor concentration, shortness of breath and lack of limbs, irritability, fat tongue with teeth marks, and thin pulse. After routine acupuncture, in the epigastric region, double period door, double chapter door, a cluster of millimetre needles to save stabbing micro-hemorrhage cupping, stay cupping 5min, stay needle 20min, every other day needle treatment for 1 time, needle 2 times, sleep improved, tinnitus sound weakened, mood improved significantly, this method of treatment for more than a total of more than ten times, the above symptoms basically disappeared, and return to normal life. Press: This is the tinnitus caused by the loss of transportation of the middle gas and the loss of nourishment of the clear orifices, and insomnia is the cause and effect of each other, so it is appropriate to regulate the middle jiao qi, to clear the orifices and to tranquilize the mind. Therefore, millineed needling and cupping are used to regulate the middle jiao, elevate clearness and lower turbidity, to achieve the purpose of sufficient quantity and slight bleeding, to stimulate the meridian qi, dredge the meridians and adjust the yin and yang of the internal organs, so as to restore the normal physiological function of the human body. Cupping therapy is simple and painless, and can be used alone or with acupuncture to improve the therapeutic effect, so it is widely used in clinical practice. Meanwhile, as a characteristic, natural and economic therapy of Chinese medicine, it is easier for people to accept and worth promoting.
