What are the myeloproliferative disorders

Myeloproliferative diseases mainly include chronic granulocytic leukemia, true erythrocytosis, primary thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis.
1. Chronic granulocytic leukemia: it is a malignant tumor formed by clonal proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells, often characterized by abnormal elevation of peripheral blood leukocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils. It is often characterized by anemia, splenomegaly, hemorrhage, fever, night sweats and other symptoms.
2. True erythrocytosis: it is a clonal chronic myeloproliferative disease of hematopoietic stem cells, often characterized by increased red blood cells, and often manifested by headache, tinnitus, bleary eyes, itchy skin, pain in limbs and other symptoms.
3. Primary thrombocythemia: it is a group of relatively chronic clonal disease of bone marrow pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells, which is characterized by abnormal proliferation of megakaryocytes in bone marrow, and is often manifested by symptoms such as splenomegaly, lymph enlargement, visual disturbances and spontaneous bleeding.
4. Myelofibrosis: It is a kind of myeloproliferative disease caused by the proliferation of collagen in bone marrow hematopoietic tissues, and the fibrous tissues seriously affect the hematopoietic function, with typical clinical symptoms such as microcytic anemia and microgranulocytic anemia.
If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to a professional hospital for further examination and treatment under the guidance of a doctor after the cause of the disease is clarified.
