Microscopic nephropathy can be cured, microscopic nephropathy is mostly seen in children and the elderly, with nephrotic syndrome as the main manifestation, the disease is relatively urgent, the amount of urine protein is high, the whole body is highly swollen, and the plasma albumin can be reduced to about 20g/L within a few weeks. Generally, after giving sufficient amount of hormone and other drugs, the disease can gradually relieve the swelling in 15-20 days, the symptoms will improve significantly, and the urine protein will gradually turn negative. However, some patients with microscopic nephropathy have hormone dependence, which means that the disease is likely to recur during the process of hormone discontinuation or hormone dose reduction. Therefore, when using hormone in microscopic nephropathy, we should pay attention to the following: start with sufficient amount, withdraw and reduce hormone regularly and slowly, and maintain a small amount of hormone for a sufficient period of time, and do not increase or decrease hormone at will during the medication period.
