For patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, interventional embolization with iodine oil can be done. The principle is that the binding force of iodine oil to cancer cells of hepatocellular carcinoma is stronger than the binding force of hepatocytes. In normal liver cells, this part of iodine oil can reach the level of emptying within a few days or even a few hours. However, in hepatocellular liver cancer, cancer cells can remain here for about 1-2 months, which can reach the point of carrying chemotherapy drugs. By embolizing part of the blood vessels through iodine oil, it is equivalent to breaking the enemy’s grain and grass, and this way is used as a better treatment for advanced liver cancer.
