Best time to treat vestibular gland abscess

Vestibular gland abscesses should be treated as soon as they are discovered, and the earlier they are treated, the better the results. Vestibular gland abscesses occur mainly due to the blockage of the vestibular gland ducts after infection, causing the accumulation of pus in the vestibular gland. When a vestibular gland abscess is found, it should be treated immediately at a hospital gynecologist to prevent the condition from worsening and causing sepsis, which can lead to serious consequences. There are differences in the treatment of vestibular gland abscesses at different stages. In the early stages of infection, when the abscesses have not yet formed, bed rest and reduced abrasion are required, and appropriate antibiotics are selected for sedation and oral administration, while microwave therapy can be used as an adjunct. When an abscess has formed, incision and drainage treatment is required. In addition, when there is an abscess in the vestibular gland, you must not squeeze it by yourself to avoid spreading the infection, and you must keep the vulva clean, prohibit tub bathing and sexual life, and avoid cold, spicy and other stimulating foods in your diet.
