What diseases are sexually transmitted

There are many diseases that are sexually transmitted, such as syphilis, hepatitis B, AIDS, gonorrhea and genital warts.
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are diseases transmitted through unprotected sex, which may involve the whole body or the genital area.
Commonly seen STDs include syphilis (the causative agent is Treponema pallidum), gonorrhea (the causative agent is Neisseria gonorrhea), AIDS (the causative agent is HIV), trichomoniasis (the causative agent is Trichomonas vaginalis), hepatitis B (the causative agent is the hepatitis B virus), and genital warts (the causative agent is the human papillomavirus).
The most effective measure to prevent STDs is to adopt protected sexual behaviors, such as the proper use of condoms, in addition to receiving the appropriate vaccines, such as the Hepatitis B vaccine, which can reduce the incidence of STDs.
