Capillary hemangiomas may be inherited. Capillary hemangioma is a relatively common vascular tumor disease, which is thought to be possibly related to genetic factors, but the chance of inheritance is relatively small. It is mostly congenital, and is associated with abnormal blood vessel formation, abnormal blood vessel development, abnormal hormone secretion, and is affected by placental injury, premature birth, and other factors. The development of capillary hemangioma may also be due to the abnormal transformation of endothelial cells and changes in the local microenvironment, resulting in the abnormal proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. For the occurrence of capillary hemangioma in infants and young children, most of the cases are related to the normal development of embryos affected by adverse stimuli during pregnancy, or long-term exposure to harmful substances such as plastics, paints and coatings, leather and so on. It may also be related to the increase of estrogen in the pregnant woman’s body during pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant women should try to avoid exposure to all kinds of chemical substances or radiation sources. If patients are detected with capillary hemangioma, they should actively cooperate with doctor’s treatment, generally after active and correct treatment, the prognosis is good.
