Sweating easily is a Yin or Yang deficiency

Sweating easily can be caused by either a Yin deficiency or a Yang deficiency. Both yin and yang deficiencies can cause sweating, but the sweating and accompanying symptoms are different. Yin deficiency sweating mostly refers to night sweats (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up); Yang deficiency sweating mostly refers to spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by the slightest movement of sweating).

Yang deficiency, can not protect the surface of the muscle, fluid leakage and sweating, movement is the consumption of Yang, so sweating aggravated by activity.
Both yin and yang deficiencies may lead to sweating, but the treatments are not the same.
