Treatment for ruptured liver cancer bleeding

Ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma bleeding is an emergency and needs to be rescued immediately. Specific methods are as follows: 1. For patients with small bleeding volume, they should rest flat, restrict activities, apply pressure bandage and use appropriate hemostatic drugs; 2. For patients with large bleeding volume and hemorrhagic peripheral circulation failure, they should be monitored closely for blood pressure, pulse rate, respiration and heart rate, and given anti-shock treatment, including timely delivery of fresh blood or component transfusion. Those who meet the indications for surgery should be immediately operated, vascular embolization, liver suture, and caulking to stop bleeding. Because resection of hepatocellular carcinoma can effectively and thoroughly stop bleeding, and can remove the tumor lesion to achieve the purpose of radical treatment, and at the same time, clean the abdominal cavity to reduce the chance of implantation; 3. If the tumor is too large to be resected, difficult to be resected or the patient is in poor condition and should not undergo liver resection, liver suturing and hemostasis can be considered.
