What about the invisible body shaking?

Patient question: disease: body shaking Description: In early August 2014, I felt a slight shaking of my body from time to time, no persistence, no uncomfortable symptoms. on August 11, after dinner, I had a violent shaking, dizziness, panic, a feeling of sinking and floating, and my vision did not appear to be spinning. Holding the wall, sitting and standing had a strong swaying sensation, like a feeling of being thrown out. After going to the hospital, the doctor prescribed Minzhuilang and Brain and Heart Qing granules, which were taken for about one month without much improvement, and was hospitalized for 12 days to inject asparagine, but there was no improvement. Now the condition continues for 2 months, when standing, the sole of the foot shakes, but when walking, I can not feel it. When sitting or standing, I feel that my waist and hips are swaying back and forth. When I sleep on my side, I feel that I am swaying back and forth. My blood pressure was monitored daily during the illness and was roughly in the range of 75-115. These symptoms are not visible to my family and doctors. I would like to ask the doctor to see if this is a neurological lesion or some other disease. I’ve been to many doctors and they all say it’s nothing serious, but the symptoms continue to be there and it’s too torturous. Thank you. Hospital Department: The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Department of Neurology The First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province, Department of Neurology Treatment: Time Hospital Department: The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Department of Orthopedics Treatment Procedure: Arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the left knee Medication: Drug name: Citalopram tablets, compound diazepam tablets, Dextran Dosing instructions: Citalopram tablets 20MG once a day for 2 weeks The condition you mentioned belongs to motor hallucination, I don’t know if the EEG and vestibular function examination has been done, I hope to add the above examination. In addition, in addition to the above discomfort, whether there are other accompanying symptoms such as appetite, sleep, mood and other abnormalities. Patient’s question: Thank you very much, Director Lu, for your prompt treatment of my symptoms. I am now adding the EEG and 24-hour dynamic EEG data I had. My appetite and mood are fine during this period, and I can sleep well without strong shaking, sometimes for 10-12 hours, and I usually sleep well. When the shaking is particularly strong, it is accompanied by panic and a sense of shaking in the head, which does not occur too often. However, when I stand still, I obviously feel the swaying of the soles of my feet, and this symptom is constant, and I sway when I stand still. When sitting or standing, the waist and hip area swayed back and forth, which also occurred frequently. The vestibular function test was done at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University by filling hot and cold water into the ears, but the first round of filling induced severe vertigo, which caused nausea and dry vomiting when looking at the fluorescent lights on the ceiling. The test was forced to be terminated, and the vertigo ended when the test was stopped, and then the nausea and dry heaving disappeared, and has not recurred. This vestibular function test could not be completed, and was the induced vertigo an abnormality or lesion in the vestibular function? If it is motor hallucinations as you said, what further tests (e.g., motor evoked potentials, etc.) do I need to perform? How can I treat or regulate it? Thank you again, Director Lu! Thank you, you’ve taken the trouble! Dr. Lu replied: In this case, the vestibular nerve may be more of a problem. Patient Question: I went to the ENT department to have my vestibular function monitored and my nystagmogram showed normal left and right vestibular function, and I also had an inner ear MRI, cochlea 3D imaging, translocation test, and ear canal eardrum examination. Then to our province’s major hospitals neurology review, you doctors still think there is no big problem, now after a long time of torture, I put the main symptoms again to you to describe, standing when the calf has a back and forth push feeling, feel stronger, if artificial control in the palm of the foot hard tense, support, the palm of the foot has a wobbling feeling! When sitting, there is a beating feeling in the waist, like a heartbeat, I touched my heart at the same time, the two beating frequency is not the same. The lumbar beating feeling and the backrest of the seat can play a role, resulting in back and forth shaking, if you have been leaning back shaking will accelerate! Sleeping is also a feeling from the waist swaying up! Please help director Lv take a look again, if you feel with the necessary words I went to Beijing to ask you for treatment! Dr. Lv replied: If it is convenient to come, please bring all the examination materials, if not, we also have a neurology difficult disease consultation center, may be able to solve the problem.
