The difference between an atresia and an acne

Acne is medically called acne, while atresia is a form of skin damage during the formation of acne, which can also be called whitehead acne or closed acne, and is an inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands of hair follicles that occurs in young people. From a clinical point of view, there is no clear distinction between the two, but in actual life, the difference between acne and pimples is usually indicated as follows: I. Characteristics: 1. Closed pimples appear mostly in patches, but are individually independent, and are not obvious from a distance. Up close, one can find a small white-headed conical papule with no opening in the epidermis, not connected to the outside world, with a sharp tip, and a slight prickly feeling when touched. In addition, the patient has almost no other abnormal sensations; 2. Pimples are papules that rise out of the skin surface, red in color, and the patient’s local skin is slightly tense and painful. The pimples are of different sizes and can appear singly or be connected in pieces, if they continue to develop they will form dark red nodules or pus at the top to form pustules. The location of the pimples: 1, closed mouth pimples can easily appear on the forehead, chin, etc., where the stratum corneum is thick; 2, pimples can appear on the entire face, chest or back, any sebaceous gland secretion site. The main reason for the formation of closed pimples is incomplete pore cleaning, excessive keratinization of the stratum corneum, and excessive sebum secretion due to blockage; 2, the formation of acne is mainly due to unhealthy diet, irregular work and rest, and other factors that make the body endocrine disorders.
