Nowadays, hysterosalpingography is completely controlled by a computerized automatic drug injection machine, which can automatically adjust and control the pressure of the injected contrast agent and can control the drug (contrast agent) injection pressure according to the patient’s needs. Basically, it can achieve the effect of painless imaging. According to statistics, the pain threshold of patients is generally 24-26KPA. When we do the imaging, the maximum pressure of the computer-controlled automatic drug injection machine is set to 24KPA, which can basically avoid the pain of patients due to the imaging. At the same time, the computer-controlled automatic drug injector system can inject the contrast agent at a uniform speed and with increasing pressure, and automatically stop the drug injection when it reaches the human body’s pain domain. This avoids all the disadvantages caused by the manual injection of contrast media. The use of anesthesia for painless hysterosalpingography is not recommended because of the uncontrollable adverse consequences during the anesthesia process.
