Causes
The occurrence of anorectal disease is caused by a variety of factors, which can be summarized into two major categories: internal and external causes.
Internal causes
1, normal human anatomical factors special prone to the formation of hemorrhoids.
2, physiological factors: colon, rectum for the transport of food residues, the main organ for the retention of feces, and food decomposition and absorption by the body, residues often with a large number of harmful substances, long-term retention in the colon and rectum, can induce tumors.
3, genetic factors: due to genetic gene defects, can produce multiple colon polyps, p-j syndrome (melanin spot – colon polyp disease) and other genetic anorectal diseases.
4, congenital diseases.
External causes
1, bad defecation habits
Toilet squatting position to read a book and newspaper, resulting in squatting and defecation time is prolonged, easy to cause stasis of blood in the anorectum and induce disease. Smoking when going to the toilet can buffer the brain’s defecation reflex, which is very likely to cause constipation. Excessive force during defecation, some people do not care whether the feeling of defecation is strong, blindly keep struggling hard, can only make the rectum anus and pelvic floor muscles increase unnecessary burden and local stasis, leading to the occurrence and development of disease.
2, abnormal bowel movements
Diarrhea and constipation are both important factors in the development of anorectal diseases. Constipation is the biggest bane, long-term retention of toxic substances in the rectum can not only induce rectal cancer, and the accumulation of feces, affecting blood circulation. The effort to solve the dry fecal mass will certainly put the anus under greater pressure, producing a series of pathological changes such as stasis, swelling and fissures. Diarrhea is often a clinical manifestation of colon disease, and diarrhea can also increase the chances of local infection in the anus, producing diseases such as anal sinusitis, inflammatory external hemorrhoids and perianal abscesses.
3, diet factors
In daily life, it is natural that dietary patterns or dietary varieties inevitably change. Such as the quality of food coarse and fine, the type of vegetables and the amount of change, protein, fat, starch, fiber and other content of the amount of water intake, can directly affect the stool composition, causing anorectal disease. The incidence of anorectal diseases has increased significantly due to the fact that alcohol and spicy food can stimulate the mucous membrane of the digestive tract, causing vasodilation and colon dysfunction. The national census data shows that the incidence rate of spicy food is 61.6%, and the incidence rate of alcohol drinkers is 64.6%, which are significantly higher than the total incidence rate.
4.Occupational factors
Long-term standing or sedentary. Because of the upright or sedentary posture, the anorectum resides in the lower part of the body, and the hemorrhoid vein does not reflux well.
5.Chronic diseases
Such as long-term malnutrition, physical weakness, causing the anal sphincter relaxation and weakness. Long-term chronic bronchitis, emphysema, coughing and wheezing caused by the rise in abdominal pressure, pelvic stasis. Chronic hepatitis, hepatic steatosis, diarrhea, colitis, etc. are all triggers for the occurrence of anal diseases. Therefore, in prevention, we should pay attention to the patient’s systemic status and take reasonable and effective preventive measures.
Prevention
1, eat less high fiber food.
Such as potatoes, pasta, beans and vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower and onions, they are easy to create gas inside the intestines and stomach, which leads to the appearance of abdominal distension.
2. Do not consume foods that are not easily digestible.
Hard foods such as fried beans and hard pancakes are not easy to digest, so they stay in the stomach and intestines for a longer time, producing more gas and causing bloating.
3, change the habit of wolf swallowing.
Eating too fast or walking while eating and other bad habits, it will be easy to swallow a lot of air; in addition, commonly used straws to drink will make a lot of air dive into the stomach, causing abdominal distension.
4, overcome bad mood.
Anxiety, worry, sadness, frustration, depression and other bad emotions may also weaken the digestive function, or stimulate the stomach to cause too much stomach acid, the result will also make too much gas in the stomach, resulting in increased abdominal distension.
5, pay attention to exercise.
Every day should adhere to about 1 hour of moderate exercise, not only to help overcome bad mood, but also to help maintain the normal function of the digestive system.
6, moderate supplemental fiber food.
High-fiber foods do not only lead to bloating, sometimes quite the opposite, after the intake of high-fat foods, sometimes have the effect of reducing bloating. The reason is that high-fat foods are difficult to digest and absorb, so they tend to stay in the gut for a long time, and once fiber is added, the blocked digestive system is likely to be unblocked quickly.
Tips
Combine work and rest
Do not stand and squat for a long time, and do not ride a bicycle for a long time.
Care for the anus after a bowel movement
Avoid repeatedly wiping the anus with rough stool paper after each stool, use warm and cool water for cleaning, then dry with a dry cloth or absorbent paper and contract the anus with awareness. Before going to bed, use herbal medicine or warm water to fumigate the sitz bath and avoid using irritating liquids such as soap and water and alcohol.
Develop good defecation habits
Do regular defecation daily; do not squat in the toilet for a long time; do not read books or newspapers for defecation; it is better to discharge inconvenience without effort and in the shortest time to reduce local irritation.
Diet regulation
Have a regular and reasonable diet, avoid partial diet; eat less spicy and stimulating food, eat more vegetables containing fiber, and drink more water. When the stool situation changes, change the diet in time to regulate.
Prevent constipation
It can be regulated by diet and medicine. You can also use the Chinese herbal medicine cassia seeds to brew with boiling water to drink as tea, or use Cistanches, He Shou Wu and other water decoction and add honey to take.
Correct diet
Chinese medicine believes that bad eating habits are an important cause of disease. Therefore, to prevent anal disease, you should first pay attention to the diet, in principle, chili, mustard, spirits, as well as greasy, fried, seafood, raw and cold food, as little as possible or not to eat, should eat more vegetables, coarse grains and other light food.
Eat more vegetables, fruits, they contain a lot of cellulose, when the cellulose through the digestive tract can absorb water to make their own expansion, expansion of cellulose on the one hand through its swollen volume to stimulate and strengthen the gastrointestinal peristalsis, so that digestion, absorption and excretion function; on the other hand can also be unable to digest certain components of food, digestive tract secretions, intestinal bacteria and harmful substances produced in the body metabolism On the other hand, it can wrap up certain ingredients in food, secretions of digestive tract, intestinal bacteria and harmful substances produced by metabolism of the body to form feces, thus making feces smooth and easy to travel, which not only reduces the incidence factors but also has the effect of cancer prevention. Chili peppers and alcohol have a direct stimulating effect on the rectal mucosa, and excessive eating can cause the rectal mucosa to become congested and dilated, resulting in hemorrhoids. Chili peppers and alcohol can also stimulate the anal flap and anal sinus, causing local inflammation and leading to anal sinusitis, anal papillitis, and other diseases. Fatty, sweet and thick taste is very easy to cause, long-term constipation is an important cause of anal disease.
It is generally believed that favoring a high-fat, high-protein, low-fiber diet can increase bile and anaerobic bacteria in the intestine, while the anaerobic Clostridium perfringens in the intestine can transform deoxycholic acid into the carcinogenic substance 3-methylanthracene. In addition, certain components of high-fat foods may be broken down in the intestine into carcinogenic unsaturated cholesterol. Raw and cold foods are very likely to cause, and diarrhea is also a cause of anorectal disease.
Hazards
1, leading to anemia
Patients with hemorrhoids whose main symptom is epidemics often develop anemia. If they are not treated in time, they can become pale, weak, dizzy, and weak. Suddenly standing up after sitting and squatting for a long time can lead to deficiency or fainting.
2.Lead to skin eczema
Due to the prolapse of hemorrhoid mass and sphincter relaxation, mucus flows out of the anus to stimulate the skin, which leads to skin itching and anal eczema.
3.Leading to rectal deterioration
If hemorrhoids are not treated in time, the lesions continue to worsen, causing cellular lesions in the area of the lesions, leading to the development of rectal lesions.
4.Women with hemorrhoids can cause gynecological inflammation
If hemorrhoids bleed or become inflamed it often leads to a proliferation of germs that trigger various urogynecological inflammatory diseases such as vaginitis, urethritis, cystitis, and adnexitis.
