Cancer patients suffer unimaginable pain both physically and mentally, so it is a very heavy topic. A common manifestation of cancer patients in their final days is pain. In addition, a week before death there may be no pupil reflexes and a diminished response to visual stimuli and a diminished response to verbal stimuli. The eyes may not close, the nasolabial folds may droop, the neck may be hyperextended, there may be a whirring sound in the throat, and there may be bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
