The way of intracerebral cyst removal is divided into two main aspects: 1) the way of minimally invasive puncture treatment; 2) the way of direct removal of intracerebral cysts by craniotomy. The main thing is that it depends on the specific form of the intracerebral cyst and the location of its growth. Generally, for arachnoid cysts, the tendency is to treat them by means of puncture attraction. If feasible, surgical treatment with shunting of the ventricles as well as the cystic cavity is also performed, which is relatively simple, but prone to recurrence after surgery. Therefore, the surgical procedure must be decided according to the situation. In contrast, some cysts are directly removed by means of craniotomy, which is traumatic but effective and basically does not recur later. In the case of pineal cysts or pituitary cysts, most cysts are removed directly through surgical procedures. In the case of cysts, it must be judged according to the situation.
