What to do about fetal hydrocephalus in 4D ultrasound

If the 4D ultrasound shows hydrocephalus in the fetus, it is best to observe the fetus for two weeks and then review it. If the diagnosis of hydrocephalus is confirmed after comparison with several hospitals, it will be treated differently according to the degree of hydrocephalus. If the hydrocephalus is mild, it may absorb on its own, but if it is severe, the pregnancy should be terminated. If a small amount of hydrocephalus is found in a child with 4D ultrasound, the child should be reviewed at another hospital, as there may be errors in the test results. If the fetus has hydrocephalus in both 4D ultrasound examinations and the amount of hydrocephalus is large, the cause is complex and most of the fetuses cannot be cured after birth, and even if they survive, their intelligence will be seriously affected, so it is recommended to terminate the pregnancy as soon as possible to achieve the goal of eugenics.
