1.Digestive system symptoms Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and diarrhea are mostly undigested food residues; in addition, the dysfunction of digestive tract, the enlarged tumor compression and involvement of stomach will lead to high pressure of portal vein. Because of impaired liver function and reduced digestive and absorption function, patients may suffer from unexplained wasting, which is also a common symptom of liver cancer patients. 2. Pain in liver area Clinically, the first symptom of liver cancer patients is mostly pain in liver area, especially for those with history of hepatitis and cirrhosis, which is usually located in the right rib area or below the raphe, usually intermittent or persistent hidden pain, dull pain or stabbing pain. In the early stage, patients may feel discomfort in the right upper abdomen, and the pain may be mild and severe at times or may resolve on its own for a short time. It is mostly vague and distending pain. It is caused by the rapid growth of tumor, which strains and swells the liver envelope. If the pain is severe, stabbing, radiating to the back, right shoulder and waist, and sudden emergence of acute abdomen in the liver area, it may be caused by rupture of liver cancer; 3. 4.Supra-abdominal masses are often manifested as subserous masses in the left liver and subcostal masses in the right liver, which are mostly painless, with uneven surface nodules and hard texture when touched; usually for adults over 30 years old, masses will be found in the right upper abdomen and epigastrium, with hard texture and uneven surface, and the trend of continuous increase is more obvious. 5.Lack of energy and emaciation are caused by the metabolites of malignant tumor in the reason of eating less, and the advanced stage is cachexia. 6.Fever can be caused by tumor necrosis, co-infection and metabolites of tumor. Irregular fever: Due to the low resistance of tumor patients, it is easy to cause co-infection. Some liver cancer patients will have unexplained fever, usually around 37.5℃~38℃, sometimes above 39℃, mostly irregular fever, not accompanied by chills, fever in the afternoon is common, sometimes also flaccid fever. The fever is caused by the release of pyrogen into the blood circulation after the tumor tissue necrosis.
