Causes of acne and daily care

  The production of acne is mainly related to the following factors: 1, androgens: androgen secretion increases during puberty, making sebum secretion hyperactive. Acne is likely to occur in teenagers. The sebaceous glands within the skin are very active during spring and produce large amounts of sebum.  2. Abnormal keratinization of hair follicles and sebaceous gland ducts: Keratinization of hair follicles and sebaceous gland ducts leads to impaired sebum excretion, sebum retention and acne formation.  3, microbial action: Propionibacterium acnes in the hair follicle and acne can multiply, producing lipolytic enzymes, proteolytic enzymes and hyaluronidase. Lipolytic enzymes break down the triglycerides in sebum into free fatty acids. Free fatty acids, proteolytic enzymes, and hyaluronidase stimulate the follicle funnel and acne sac wall, causing spongy degeneration and even the formation of tiny fissures.  4, inflammatory mediators and inflammation: the role of various inflammatory mediators and pathogenic factors, resulting in acne content through the tiny fissure into the dermis caused by perifolliculitis, the formation of inflammatory papules or pustules, perifolliculitis further expansion, inflammation and dermal connective tissue, causing inflammatory granuloma reaction, the formation of nodules. In severe cases, the healing process leaves scars.  5, genetics, diet, gastrointestinal dysfunction, menstruation, mechanical stimulation, cosmetics, etc. can also induce the disease.  The pathogenesis of acne: Dried sebum, dander and bacteria accumulate in the skin pores to form acne, preventing sebum from flowing out of the hair follicle opening. If not completely blocked, blackheads form; if completely blocked, whiteheads form. The bacteria multiply in the pores and break down certain fats in the sebum, further irritating the skin. The irritated blackheads and whiteheads form a rash, often called an acne papule. If infection and irritation increase, abscesses can form.  Daily care of acne 1. Thoroughly clean the skin. It is important to cleanse the skin. Use a neutral alkaline soap or a cleanser suitable for oily skin to wash your face every day.  2, avoid using oily or powder cosmetics, use water quality care products as appropriate, especially avoid heavy makeup.
