Which liver cancer patients cannot be operated?

  Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China and is highly prevalent in the southeastern coastal region. The median age of liver cancer patients in China is 40 to 50 years old, and men are more common than women. Its incidence rate has been increasing in recent years. There are some liver cancer patients who are inoperable.  1.Patients who have poor physical quality and cannot bear open-heart surgery; 2.Patients with large tumor, i.e. the maximum diameter of a single cancer nodule in hepatocellular carcinoma exceeds 3cm, or the sum of the diameters of two cancer nodules exceeds 3cm; 3.Patients with organic lesions of important organs such as heart, lung and kidney; 4.Patients with jaundice, ascites, swelling of lower limbs and other uncomfortable symptoms (Patients with liver cancer who already have jaundice, ascites and swelling of lower limbs) 5. Extensive extrahepatic metastases have occurred; 6. The tumor is not limited to one lobe or half lobe of the liver alone, or the tumor has invaded the first and second hepatic portal vein and inferior vena cava; 7. The liver function is obviously abnormal (or the liver function is abnormal beyond grade II), the white sphere ratio is inverted, and the clotting time is abnormal, etc.
