What are the diseases of the kidney

Diseases of the kidney include glomerular disease, interstitial nephritis, renal vascular disease, secondary nephropathy and hereditary nephropathy.
1. Glomerular disease: it may be related to genetic, immune, infection and other factors, which can mainly manifest as proteinuria, hematuria, edema, hypertension, renal function abnormalities and so on. Commonly, there are acute glomerulonephritis, acute glomerulonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis, cryptoglomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome and so on.
2. Interstitial nephritis: it is mainly caused by infection, drug allergy, autoimmune disease, etc. Commonly, there are acute interstitial renal disease and chronic interstitial renal disease.
3. Renal vascular disease: it is the disease caused by renal artery or renal vein lesion, common are renal artery stenosis, renal artery embolism and thrombosis, small artery nephrosclerosis, renal vein thrombosis.
4. Secondary nephropathy: It is a kidney disease caused by systemic diseases, including glomerular disease, renal vascular-interstitial disease and renal vascular disease. The common ones are lupus nephritis and diabetic nephropathy.
5. Hereditary nephropathy: it is a kind of kidney disease mainly caused by hereditary nephropathy, the common ones are autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, Alport syndrome (hereditary nephritis).
