Penile cancer is a malignant tumor of genitourinary system. When penile cancer metastasizes, it may have the following clinical symptoms: a. Symptoms caused by lymph node metastasis, penile cancer is prone to inguinal lymph node metastasis, when metastasis occurs, hard and swollen lymph nodes can be touched unilaterally or bilaterally in the inguinal region. Liver metastasis, when liver metastasis occurs in penile cancer, it may manifest as clinical symptoms such as swelling and pain in liver area, pressure pain and loss of appetite. Pulmonary metastasis, when penile cancer metastases to lungs, it may show clinical symptoms of respiratory system such as difficulty in breathing, cough, hemoptysis and chest pain. Bone metastasis, when bone metastasis occurs in penile cancer, pain can be palpated in the area of bone metastasis lesion, and some lumps can be palpated. V. Craniocerebral metastasis, when craniocerebral metastasis of penile cancer occurs, head symptoms such as headache, vomiting, hemiplegia and aphasia can appear.
