Female, 51 years old, found to have a saddle area occupancy for 5 years, presented with unstable walking, vision loss and headache. Diagnosis: craniopharyngioma; obstructive hydrocephalus. 9 months ago coronary resection of right frontal craniotomy tumor, today review MRI: no recurrence, no hydrocephalus.
