The previous treatment method is open surgery, with large surgical incisions and trauma, and slow postoperative recovery of patients. In recent years, laparoscopic surgery has been gradually carried out, and laparoscopic adrenal surgery has become the gold standard for the treatment of adrenal tumors. At present, laparoscopic adrenal surgery has become a routine operation in our department. We adopt the most advanced posterior laparoscopic resection of anatomical adrenal and renal tumors, the surgical separation path is the non-vascular area in the body, without passing through the abdominal cavity, which has little impact on the gastrointestinal tract, minimal surgical bleeding, clear surgical field, larger surgical space, complete resection of tumors and more safety, the average operation time is about 1 hour, the bleeding volume is about The average operation time is about 1 hour, the bleeding volume is about 10-20ml (equivalent to the amount of blood drawn during the preoperative examination), and the patient can get out of bed and resume the activity in 2-3 days after the operation.
