Suprarenal tumors and adrenal tumors have very different differences, as follows: 1. The anatomical locations of the two are different. Renal tumors occur within the kidney, either in the renal parenchyma or the renal pelvis, while adrenal tumors occur within the upper adrenal tissue of the kidney. 2. The causes of the two tumors are different. The tumors of the kidney can be associated with lumbar pain and intermittent painless carnal hematuria, while the tumors of the adrenal glands are often insidious and are discovered accidentally by physical examination and other factors.3. Most tumors of the kidney are malignant. The common ones are metastatic cell carcinoma of renal pelvis and adenocarcinoma of renal parenchyma, of course, some renal malignant tumors are benign lesions; while most adrenal tumors are benign tumors and the chance of malignant tumors is very small.
