Recently, the Department of Urology of Beijing Centennial Hospital and the Professor of Fulwai Cardiovascular Hypertension Unit of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences jointly researched about the minimally invasive interventional treatment of adrenal-derived hypertension, and they proposed for the first time at home and abroad the new idea of using super-selective embolization of adrenal artery to treat adrenal-derived hypertension. In order to confirm the effectiveness and scientificity of interventional adrenal artery embolization treatment, a randomized controlled study was used to divide the interventional treatment group and the laparoscopic treatment group, and the interventional treatment group was selected after obtaining the clinical treatment effect. After obtaining clinical results, the adrenal glands were selected for laparoscopic resection again, and pathological studies were performed to confirm the rationality of the interventional adrenal artery embolization treatment. The establishment of this method will bring benefits to patients with adrenal-derived hypertension.
