Heavy type first use Dacheng Tang: Angelica sinensis 10g Mouton 10g Citrus aurantium 10g Houpao 10g Sumac, Rhubarb, Mangosteen (punch) 12g each, Safflower, Chen Pi, Licorice 6g each, decoction in water. 2 doses, then change to Strong Bone Strength Soup; if there is diffuse pain, use Douwuxiaosheng Tang with flavor. For this reason, appropriate daily arrangements for some daily work and gong practice, exercise activities. Sun Simiao, a famous medical doctor of the Tang Dynasty, attached great importance to the practice of gong and participation in appropriate labor.
