Right lobe cavernous hemangioma of the liver has symptoms after symptoms due to different types, the most suitable treatment is different, there are surgical treatment, hepatic artery embolization and intervention, liver transplantation and so on. TypeⅠ: tumor number 1, tumor diameter <5cm for typeⅠa, tumor diameter 5-10cm for typeⅠb, tumor diameter >10cm for typeⅠc, etc. Surgical treatment is preferred. Surgical methods include partial hepatectomy, segmental hepatectomy and so on. Type II: the number of tumors is 2-5, the tumor diameter or the sum of the diameters is 10cm for type IIa, the tumor diameter or the sum of the diameters is 10-20cm for type IIb, and the tumor diameter or the sum of the diameters is 20cm for type IIc, etc. Surgical treatment is also preferred. Surgical methods include segmental hepatectomy, hemihepatectomy, and so on. Liver transplantation is preferred when type III is accompanied by severe hepatic impairment: number of tumors >5, diffuse tumor volume ≤50% of liver volume for type IIIa, tumor volume >50% of liver volume for type IIIb etc. When surgical treatment is not suitable, hepatic artery embolization intervention is performed. It should be noted that if the cavernous hemangioma in the right lobe of the liver has no clinical symptoms, no progressive enlargement, etc., then there is no need for treatment, and clinical observation is sufficient. Treatment should be considered only after the above conditions are present. The patient should go to the hospital regularly for examination to avoid delay.
