Don’t know, the five common gynecological tumors!

Tumor is indeed a term that has been appearing more and more in recent years, and for women friends, gynecological tumor is undoubtedly a terrible nightmare. What are the knowledge about gynecological tumors that we need to know? 1. Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumors. It occurs mostly from 30 to 50 years old, with 40 to 50 years old being the most common and less common than 20 years old. According to statistics, about 1/3 of women suffer from different degrees of uterine fibroids, which are often undiagnosed because they are small and asymptomatic and do not undergo gynecological examination. In general, when fibroids are small and have no obvious effect on menstruation, they can be temporarily left untreated. After menopause, due to changes in hormone levels, the uterus and ovaries have to shrink and the fibroids will shrink accordingly, but regular checkups are required. If the fibroids grow gradually, some of them can affect menstruation and cause a significant increase in menstrual volume and prolonged menstrual period, which can easily cause anemia. Or if the fibroids degenerate, they need timely treatment. Fibroids are less likely to become malignant. 2. Ovarian tumors are divided into benign tumors and malignant tumors, and benign ovarian tumors may also be transformed into malignant. Ovarian tumors are diverse and complex, and other primary malignant tumors in the body can metastasize to the ovaries, such as breast, intestine and stomach tumors. When ovarian tumors are found, regardless of benign or malignant, they should be examined in hospital in time. Benign tumors can be treated surgically, while malignant tumors can also be treated surgically and with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 3.Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in gynecology. The onset of the disease is related to having sex before 18 years old, getting married before 20 years old, early childbirth, multiple marriages, chaotic sex life, having many children and having dense children. It is also related to economic status, race and geographical environment. At present, China is constantly strengthening women’s health care, widely carrying out cancer prevention and screening, early detection and early treatment, and obviously improving the cure rate. 4.Endometrial cancer is also one of the common malignant tumors in gynecology, which is a lesion of the endometrium, mostly seen in older women. The reason is related to the long-term stimulation of estrogen and the overgrowth of endometrium. Some women suffering from obesity, hypertension and diabetes are prone to it, as well as women with prolonged menopause and late menopause. There are genetic factors, related to family history. 5.Gestational trophoblastic lesions include staphyloma and choriocarcinoma, which are related to pregnancy. Staphyloma appears in early pregnancy, and choriocarcinoma occurs after miscarriage, childbirth, or ectopic pregnancy, and is also diagnosed as choriocarcinoma when it continues to develop more than one year after miscarriage of staphyloma. When there is irregular vaginal bleeding, one should not be careless and should go to the hospital for necessary examination in time. No matter which symptoms appear, light or heavy, it is necessary to go to hospital for examination in time. Through pelvic examination and various different auxiliary examinations, we can basically determine whether it is gynecological tumor or not, so as to provide timely treatment.
