Treatment of pneumothorax and pulmonary alveoli

Recently, a number of patients with recurrence of pneumothorax or alveolar surgery done by thoracoscopy in municipal or higher hospitals were admitted continuously, and some of them came from across the province. The reasons for this were understood during the reoperation. One is the missed alveolar lesion, but the staple of the cutting suture in addition to the problem. The former was predominant. Is there any other reason/? I think there should be. Jin Feng, Department of Thoracic Surgery, Shandong Provincial Chest Hospital
What I want to say is: pneumothorax patients should pay attention, do not put the name, this surgery is simple, but to be able to do well without recurrence is not simple. Don’t tell the patient to be discharged from the hospital 3 days after the surgery and to be discharged one day after the tube is removed, or according to the patient’s condition.
It’s hard to be a doctor who reassures patients, but think about it, it’s easy.
