What is the relationship between kidney yin deficiency and lung qi deficiency

There is no obvious relationship between Kidney Yin deficiency and Lung Qi deficiency. Kidney yin deficiency and lung qi deficiency are both TCM terms, as follows.
1. Kidney yin deficiency: It is a symptom of deficiency of yin and fluid in the kidneys. It is mainly manifested by five heart-heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of the heart and chest), hot flashes, night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), lumbar and knee pain, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, spermatorrhea in men, and menorrhagia and amenorrhea in women, etc. The Chinese medicine practitioners usually use tonifying the kidney and nourishing the yin.
Chinese medicine generally adopts the method of tonifying the kidney and nourishing yin, such as Liu Wei Di Huang Pill and Zuo Gui Pill.
2. Lung qi deficiency: It is a symptom of weak lung qi. It is mostly caused by cold and warm discomfort, prolonged coughing, sadness, and improper labor. Symptoms include weak coughing and shortness of breath, which is worse when moving, thin sputum, low and timid voice, fatigue (lack of spirit), tiredness, fear of wind and spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by sweating when moving a little), and so on.
Clinical treatment for lung qi deficiency mainly involves the use of drugs that regulate qi and blood to alleviate symptoms, such as tonifying the middle and benefiting qi soup, ginseng-ling-white artemisia powder, yu-ping-feng-san and other prescriptions. The adverse effects of the above formulas are not clear.
The lungs and kidneys are mainly connected with each other in terms of respiratory movement and fluid metabolism. Clinical evidence of lung and kidney yin deficiency and lung and kidney qi deficiency can be seen, but there is no obvious relationship between kidney yin deficiency and lung qi deficiency.
If the patient has any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor in a timely manner and take targeted treatment after the doctor has identified the symptoms.
