Can immune system disorders heal themselves?

Immune system disorders usually do not heal themselves. Immune system disorders are primarily diseases in which the structure or function of the immune system is abnormal due to congenital or acquired causes. Common immune system diseases include organ-specific autoimmune diseases, organ non-specific immunodeficiency diseases, and immunodeficiency diseases. 1. Organ-specific autoimmune diseases: such as autoimmune thyroiditis, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, myasthenia gravis, multiple cerebrospinal sclerosis, acute idiopathic polyneuritis, etc., which cannot be cured by themselves. 2. Organ non-specific autoimmune disease: it is bone and joint muscle disease caused by different reasons. The common ones are rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. This kind of disease can not be cured by itself, and the long-term lesions can lead to the destruction of joints and deformities. 3. Immunodeficiency diseases: a group of diseases caused by immune deficiency due to congenital or acquired immune system underdevelopment or damage. The prognosis of different causes of immunodeficiency diseases is different, some secondary immunodeficiency diseases can be improved or clinically cured after treatment of the primary disease, but not self-cured. Patients with immune system diseases are advised to consult the rheumatology and immunology departments of regular hospitals and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized diagnosis and treatment.
