Ultrasound is the most common and accurate diagnostic method for hepatic hemangiomas.
Hepatic hemangiomas are the most common benign tumors of the liver, with cavernous hemangiomas being the most common. The disease develops slowly and can range from a few years to several decades in duration. There are usually no specific symptoms, and many people are found to have a hemangioma only during a physical examination.
