So what can be done to prevent and treat constipation?  1, reasonable diet. Because high protein, fatty food can make the stool excretion slow, while vegetables and fruits can soften the stool, increase the frequency of defecation, so the specific practice is in addition to the growth and development of the necessary protein, fat, as little as possible to eat high fat, high protein, fried, coarse food, drink more water, more intake of vegetables, fruits and other green food, to eat more meals, each time about 1/3 or 1/4 of the amount of adults. Now most of the children are too lazy to exercise, used to sitting in front of the TV or computer for a long time, and next to a large pile of snacks to serve, so that the gastrointestinal peristalsis slower, but also easy to constipation. So must be appropriate exercise, such as running, playing ball, hiking, etc., to not exceed the load as appropriate. The heavier children can consider losing weight through exercise.  3, to develop a regular bowel movement. Children are sometimes constipated because they hold back from going to the bathroom during classes or games, or forget to poop, so that over time will also be constipated. So parents in education children should not go to stool, should be timely to defecate, at the same time, usually also to form a good defecation habits, sometimes even if there is no stool, but also regularly go to the bathroom squat.  4, pay attention to the child’s psychological problems. Children’s psychological factors triggered by constipation is not uncommon, so parents should also pay attention to the child’s mental health, find the problem in time to solve, encourage their children, care about the psychological growth of children.
