Gallbladder polyps can be seen in poor cholesterol metabolism, chronic inflammation, etc., manifested as biliary colic, abdominal distension, dyspepsia. The general treatment is to eat less oily food, strengthen exercise and maintain normal weight. Drug treatment is often ineffective and surgical resection is the mainstay. 4. Gallbladder cancer can be seen in gallbladder stones, cholecystitis and other chronic triggers, manifesting as abdominal pain, jaundice, etc. The treatment is mainly surgical treatment, i.e. radical surgery for gallbladder cancer, and radiotherapy is performed according to the pathology after the operation, and the chemotherapeutic drugs include cisplatin and paclitaxel.
