How glioma finally dies

The final death of glioma is mostly due to respiratory and cardiac arrest caused by brain herniation due to increased intracranial pressure. Because gliomas are malignant tumors, malignant tumors have the characteristics of recurrence and malignant proliferation. When the intracranial pressure rises to a certain level and breaks through the brain’s self-regulation mechanism, it will cause unstable vital signs, such as disturbance of blood pressure, pulse rate and respiratory rhythm, which will lead to brain herniation in severe cases, thus compressing the brain stem and causing respiratory and cardiac arrest.
