What department do I go to for diabetic foot registration?

When we go to the hospital, we must first have a little knowledge, or at least know what department to go to when we arrive, to be able to improve the efficiency of the visit. There are also constant inquiries about which department to go to after a diabetic has rotten feet. Because some people go to one department the doctor said not to accept, suggest to see other departments, transferring around and do not know where to go. Really, it is a bit difficult to answer this question, because currently different hospitals treat diabetic rotten feet in different departments, some in endocrinology, some in surgery, some in orthopedics, some in vascular, some in burns, some in dermatology, and some in Chinese medicine. This is a common situation in many places, all being treated by different departments. It’s no wonder, because the causes of diabetic foot have treatable parts in the different departments mentioned above. For example, to lower blood sugar you have to go to the endocrinology department, right? For people with burns, everyone’s first choice is definitely the scald department, and those with vascular inaccessibility go to unblock blood circulation, etc. So, each place is different and really can’t give advice, only ask as many as possible. However, I would like to remind everyone that if there is a local department that specializes in the treatment of diabetic foot and other slow trauma, it is best to go to it. This is because it has been proven that most of such departments can collaborate with doctors from different fields of study to develop a treatment plan for the patient’s actual condition, taking into account and treating all the factors that affect the patient’s healing, and treating the diabetic foot in a holistic, scientific and serial manner.
