Any PSA abnormalities should not be taken lightly and should be further examined. For elderly men with suspicious symptoms, they should visit a urologist as soon as possible for PSA and anal examination, which can also help detect prostate cancer at an early stage. For any patient suspected of prostate cancer, timely and systematic prostate puncture biopsy is an important step in early diagnosis of prostate cancer, and in some cases, the diagnosis can be confirmed after multiple puncture biopsies.
