How does a coronal cut right frontal open craniopharyngioma resection work?

  Female 33 years old with menopause, loss of vision and headache. Diagnosis: craniopharyngioma. Coronary cut right frontal open cranial longitudinal approach tumor resection. Although the lesion was more calcified, it was gravelly and easily resected. Postoperative recovery was satisfactory with disappearance of headache and significant improvement of visual acuity.
