Can male voice and female voice be cured?

Male voice and female voice, also known as falsetto, adolescent falsetto, child’s voice, etc., refers to certain male youths (less female) after the voice change period, still retaining the sharp, thin and high voice before the voice change period, while no organic lesions are seen in various objective examinations of the larynx. The main reason for falsetto is that the laryngeal cartilage grows faster when entering the voice change period, which is unbalanced with the growth of the laryngeal muscles and vocal folds, and the muscles in the larynx cannot adapt to the new function, while the laryngeal muscles are weak, and the nervous system governing the vocal organs cannot adapt to the rapid growth of the vocal organs. In addition, there are some psychological factors. The use of this voice makes male speakers show a female tone and makes female speakers give an impression of being childish or immature. The adverse effects of this voice on the social life of male speakers are more obvious and can lead to great burden of thought and heart, reluctance to communicate with others, introversion, lack of confidence and extreme inner pain. Voice correction can help patients find their own voice. Most male and female speakers can achieve normal tone and sound quality after a short period of voice treatment, and the prognosis is good.
