The diagnosis of brain injury syndrome requires professional judgment. If the symptoms are relatively mild, the developmental lag is within two months, and there are no obvious abnormal postures such as pointed feet, thumb inversion, and delayed reactions, it is recommended to intervene at home, with hospital guidance and regular follow-up visits to the hospital. If the developmental lag continues to grow at the time of follow-up, with the original lag of one and a half months slowly becoming two and a half months, intervention at the hospital is required; if the child with brain injury syndrome has abnormal posture such as head tilting back, thumb inward and pointed foot, intervention at the hospital is recommended, and continued observation after reaching the same age. Follow-up time: children within six months should be seen once a month; children between 6 and 12 months should be seen once every two months; children between 1 and 3 years of age should be seen once every 3 to 6 months.
